John Grisham is an American novelist, ex-politician, and retired attorney. Grisham is best known for his brilliant legal drama. By 2008 his novels have sold over 235 million copies worldwide. After getting his Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Grisham earned his J. D. degree and switched interests from tax law to criminal law and general civil litigation. He worked for about ten years in a law firm where he practiced criminal law and civil law. In 1983, he was elected as a Democrat to the House of Representatives. Then he attracted attention with his first novel A Time to Kill. From 1994 he was the author of one “bestselling novel of the year” for 7 consecutive years.Recommended content
